Gas leak in the heart of Palermo: gas pipeline severed during excavation work on Via Turati

A natural gas distribution pipeline was damaged this morning in Palermo during excavation work on via Turati. The alarm was raised when the activities of an active construction site in the area accidentally severed the pipeline at the corner of via Isidoro La Lumia, causing a gas leak.
