The appeal of Gioiosa is inadmissible, and the match won by Vittoria Calcio is assigned with a score of 3-0.
The sports judge contests, among other things, the fact that the Peloritani failed to correctly send the PEC to the Ipparina club to inform it of the dispute.
The match was halted in the first minute of the first half.
"Lifting the reserve referred to in C.U. n.434 of 03.10.2026, the Polisportiva Gioiosa club has challenged the validity of the match played on the field of Vittoria, suspended by the referee in the 1st minute of the first half due to numerical inferiority of the same, which fell below the minimum regulatory number of players. In support of the appeal, the club argues that this inferiority was caused by a situation of serious environmental disturbance, claiming that its registered members had suffered, prior to the start of the match, threats and violent conduct, which affected their regular participation in the match." Thus stated the sports judge of the regional committee regarding the Excellence match in question in recent days.
"The appeal is inadmissible - the sports judge continued - pursuant to art.67 of the C.G.S., the appeal must be notified to the interested opposing club by sending it to the official PEC address resulting from the federal registers, in order to ensure contradictory proceedings between the parties. In this case, the records show that the appealing club communicated the appeal to an incorrect Pec address that cannot be traced back to the sister club. This circumstance results in the failure to establish the contradictory proceedings and constitutes an irremediable procedural defect, which leads to the inadmissibility of the appeal, according to the constant orientation of the sports justice bodies. For these reasons, it is resolved: - to declare the appeal inadmissible proposed by the Polisportiva Gioiosa club, charging the contribution for access to sports justice referred to in art.48, paragraph 2, of the C.G.S.; - to assign the match lost 0-3 to the Polisportiva Gioiosa."
