Scicli football will be led on the bench by Peppe Betto.

Giuseppe Betto is the new coach of Scicli. The coach, born in 1973 and a native of the Iblean town, will lead the team until the end of the season.

Having grown up in the Youth Sector of Up Scicli Calcio, Betto interrupted his playing career due to physical reasons, thus embarking on a path on the bench. His experience has been formed in amateur and semi-professional contexts, with a significant stint at Scicli Calcio in 2010, during which he obtained the UEFA B diploma.

Over the years, he has managed Atletico Scicli and Scicli Calcio, also gaining experience in the youth teams of Bruffalori and Young Pozzallo. He has also ventured into writing, publishing the manual “Attacco alla Zona”.

For Betto, a new challenge in his own city now opens up, with the aim of finishing the season in line with expectations.
