Serie A3/M, Volley Modica prepares for playoff game 1 against Mantova

Secured the historic fourth place at the end of the regular season, Avimec Modica returned to the gym today to prepare for their play-off debut against Gabbiano Farmamed Mantova.

Game 1 is scheduled for next Sunday in Lombardy, at the “PalaSguaitzer”, while Game 2 will take place the following week at the “PalaRizza”.

In case of a tie, benefiting from the best placement achieved in the regular season, the white-blue team led by coach Enzo Distefano will have the opportunity to play the “Golden Set” in front of their fans.

The team is going through a brilliant form period and will approach the away match with maximum concentration, aiming to wrap up the matter in the return match.

Right from the start, weight room work and intensity at the highest levels are in full awareness of the stakes in two matches that could add a new chapter to the club's history.

The group will train throughout the week, carefully focusing on technical preparation, tactical organization, and mental resilience, to present themselves in the best conditions for the duel with the Mantova six, an opponent they will face for the first time in their history.
