Meloni-Nordio reform, flop in Siracusa: No close to 60%

More than six out of ten in the province have rejected the constitutional reform branded by Meloni-Nordio. A blow for the center-right, especially for Luca Cannata. The parliamentarian from Brothers of Italy, who campaigned for the Yes, emerges clearly defeated even in his Avola, where he only gathers 40.48%. The No side approaches 60%, in a city where the mayor Rossana Cannata did not spare efforts in support of the Yes. A political Caporetto to reflect on ahead of the upcoming electoral deadlines (Regional and National). "We did what we believed was right, - says Luca Cannata - with seriousness and responsibility, advancing a reform to modernize justice. We respect the citizens' vote. In Rosolini, the reference territory of the Forza Italia regional deputy Riccardo Gennuso, the Yes did not exceed 41.8%. The data is clear: without the support of Sicily, Giorgia Meloni risks losing even the Political elections.
