Referendum, the 51 Sicilian municipalities (out of 391) where the Yes won and the strongholds of the No

In the constitutional referendum on justice Sicily was the second Italian region with the highest percentage of No: 60.98%. Only in Campania was there a wider margin of victory. Out of 391 municipalities on the island, No prevailed in 340. 

THE STRONGHOLDS OF NO

Here are the municipalities where the highest percentages in favor of No were recorded: San Cono (over 72 percent) in Catania;  Cassaro (over 80) and Priolo (over 73) in the province of Syracuse;  Bivona (72.7) and Sambuca di Sicilia (73.1) in Agrigento;  Casalvecchio Siculo (71.3) in the province of Messina. The city of Palermo also approaches 70 percent and among the regional capitals is second only to Naples. 

WHERE YES WINS

Amid the wave of No, there are also some municipalities (51) where Yes prevailed. Here they are. 

In the province of Catania: Maletto, Maniace, and Mazzarrone. In the province of Syracuse: Pachino and Portopalo. In Agrigento in Burgio, Camastra, Lampedusa and Linosa, Montallegro, Palma di Montechiaro, and Siculiana. In Nisseno in Niscemi and Villalba.

Cerami is the only municipality in the province of Enna where Yes prevails. Several others are in Messina: Alcara Li Fusi, Basicò, Capizzi, Castelmola, Cesarò, Condrò, Falcone, Floresta, Francavilla di Sicilia, Furnari, Librizzi, Mazzarrà Sant'Andrea, Merì, Militello Rosmarino, Mojo Alcantara, Montagnareale, Montalbano Elicona, Motta Camastra, Novara di Sicilia, Oliveri, Patti, Reitano, Rodì Milici, San Fratello, San Pier Niceto, Santo Stefano di Camastra, and Tripi. 

In the province of Palermo Yes prevailed in Caccamo, Campofelice di Fitalia, Campofiorito, Cefalà Diana, Diana, San Mauro Castelverde, Scillato, Ventimiglia. In Ragusa only in Acate, in Trapani only in Campobello di Mazara.

Looking at the final data from the nine capital municipalities: a boom of No in Palermo with 68.93%, Yes is at 31.07%; in Catania No at 63.47%, Yes at 36.53%; in Agrigento No at 56.84%, Yes at 43.16%; in Trapani No at 59.39%, Yes at 40.61%; in Messina No at 58.85%, Yes at 41.15%; in Caltanissetta No at 57.84%, Yes at 42.16%; in Ragusa No at 63.35%, Yes at 36.65%; in Enna No at 65.63%, Yes at 34.37%; in Syracuse No at 65.23%, Yes at 34.77%.
