The Administrative Court of Palermo rejects the appeal of Italo Belga regarding the Mondello beach.

The first section of the Tar Palermo, President Salvatore Veneziano, has rejected the request for a suspension presented by the company Mondello Immobiliare Italo-Belga against the decree of revocation of the Mondello beach concession. The provision, signed last February 26 by the regional assessor for Territory Giusi Savarino, was issued on the basis of alleged serious violations and failures to comply with contractual obligations.
