Vittoria, they violate the provisions of the judicial authority: a 40-year-old and a 44-year-old reported

The State Police has reported two men, aged 40 and 44, in a state of freedom for violating the provisions imposed by the Judicial Authority.

During the territorial control services, the agents of the Flying Squad of the Public Security Commissariat of Vittoria identified, along the city streets, a car with two individuals on board who caught the operators' attention.

The police officers proceeded with a police check.

From the checks carried out, it emerged that both men were subject to specific restrictive measures.

In particular, the 40-year-old was under the measure of house arrest in the Municipality of Francofonte, while the 44-year-old was subject to the obligation to reside in the same Municipality as well as to the measure of Special Public Security Surveillance.

The two men, found outside the territory provided by the measures imposed on them, were taken to the offices of the Public Security Commissariat of Vittoria where, at the end of the routine checks, they were reported in a state of freedom to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ragusa.
