The Undersecretary of Justice, Andrea Delmastro, will be heard, after the referendum, in the Anti-Mafia Commission for his involvement in the limited liability company of Mauro Caroccia's daughter (Mauro Caroccia convicted of mafia-related crimes in an investigation into the Camorra clan of the Senese) that manages a restaurant in Rome. The news is reported by the Corriere della Sera.
The article states that "the requests of the minority parties within the parliamentary body have already been unofficially accepted by President Chiara Colosimo who, in the presidency council, on Tuesday or Wednesday, will also set a preliminary schedule of hearings to further investigate the case."
Regarding the origins of the company "Le 5 Forchette", the newspaper recalls, the Rome DDA has already taken action with the opening of a file that hypothesizes the fictitious ownership of assets in the name of Caroccia, who is incarcerated and has already been definitively sentenced to 4 years for the same crime, and his daughter Miriam.
