Adriano Celentano chooses legal action - after the interview with Antonio Maria Segatori, a 55-year-old man, who claimed in the weekly "Oggi" to be his son - and entrusts lawyer Giulia Bongiorno to protect himself "from any further speculation".

"First the alleged mother, now the alleged son", writes the artist on his social media profiles, in a post simply signed "Adriano". "About half a century ago, a stir was caused by a woman who claimed that I was the father of her child. The much-publicized legal action against me ended up in nothing. Today, a fifty-five-year-old manages to gain the spotlight by dredging up the same story and publicly declaring himself my alleged son. At this point, I believe it is necessary to entrust a mandate to lawyer Giulia Bongiorno to protect me from any further speculation".

According to the reconstruction by the weekly "Oggi", Segatori has filed a petition for a judicial declaration of paternity at the Civil Court of Milan.

The story had a previous judicial episode when, in 1975, the man's mother filed a petition for the recognition of paternity at the Rome court. The proceedings were then archived after the woman failed to appear.
