Garlasco, towards the first suspects after the 50 complaints filed by the Cappa family

They are under review by the Prosecutor's Office of Milan, in view of the first and probable entries in the register of suspects, a series of complaints, about fifty, mostly filed by the Cappa family against newspapers, YouTubers, bloggers who have particularly involved twins Stefania and Paola, linking their names to the murder of Chiara Poggi and the new investigation in Pavia, in which Andrea Sempio is under investigation.

According to reports, a more complex complaint has recently reached the desk of prosecutor Antonio Pansa, apparently accompanied by audio evidence, concerning an alleged interference in the Pavia investigation, and which also needs to be verified for jurisdiction. At the moment, the public prosecutor must proceed with the identification of the individuals who have been reported. In fact, some reports, for defamation or slander, are against known individuals and others against unknown individuals.
