Monterosso Almo celebrated the 25th anniversary of the priesthood of Archpriest Innocenzo Mascali.

On Monday evening, the village of Monterosso Almo celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of the ordination of Father Innocenzo Mascali, pastor of the community. On this occasion, a solemn Eucharistic concelebration was held at the parish of San Giovanni Battista, presided over by the bishop of Ragusa, Monsignor Giuseppe La Placa. The ceremony was the culminating moment to give thanks to the Lord for a quarter of a century of ministry by Father Mascali and to share this significant milestone with the faithful and fellow citizens. Numerous parishioners, along with civil and military authorities, wanted to pay their tribute to the priest on this particularly significant occasion.
