Saint Joseph in Ragusa, the solemnity will be celebrated by Bishop La Placa.

Last night, on the ninth day of the novena in honor of Saint Joseph, the eucharistic celebration took place at the parish of the Most Holy Savior in the presence of the parish priest, Don Corrado Garozzo.

The mass was presided over by Canon Don Giuseppe Burrafato, vicar forane of Ragusa, with the liturgical animation provided by the cathedral parish of Saint John the Baptist and the Church of Santa Maria delle Scale.

Today marks the feast of Saint Joseph, with masses scheduled at 9, 10, 11, and 19. Each liturgy will include the blessing of Saint Joseph's bread.

At 9, Don Luigi Diquattro presided; at 10, Don Marco Diara, parish priest of the Sacred Heart of Jesus; at 11, Don Corrado Garozzo.

In the afternoon, after the Rosary at 18:30, the mass at 19 will be presided over by the Bishop of Ragusa, Mons. Giuseppe La Placa, and will be animated by the parish choirs of the Most Holy Savior and the Guardian Angel.

At 20:30, a community dinner is scheduled, organized by the Catholic Action of the parish of the Most Holy Savior, in the parish premises.

Finally, on Saturday, immediately after the mass at 18, there will be a procession with the statue through the historic center.
