Work at the former freight yard in Ragusa, sound derogation measure

To allow for the demolition of the second track of the station and the construction of the underpass connecting the bus terminal and the Ragusa railway station, the Municipality has issued a special exemption to the noise emission limits set forth in art. 2, paragraph 3, of law 447/1995. Specifically, from March 16 to March 30, 2026, during the time frame between 10:30 PM and 5:00 AM the following day, a noise emission limit value of up to LAeq 75 dB(A), measured at the facade of the residential building potentially most exposed to disturbances, will be permitted in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letter h) of the same regulation.
